Noah Douglas graduated with honors and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Mississippi State University, and he joined the team in January 2021. Noah began his career as a Financial Planning Coordinator, supporting the financial planning process while he pursued his insurance and securities licenses. Later, he transitioned into a Financial Advisory role and has been serving his clients in the medical market. One of the things he enjoys about working in financial services is that he has the opportunity to help people and make a difference in their lives.

Beau Hill, CFP®, CSLP®

Financial Planner

Beau Hill has worked in the financial services industry since 2013. He started at Duncan-Williams Inc., where he helped banks and other financial institutions manage their fixed income portfolios. He loved the market and investments but wanted to do something where he could make a greater impact in the lives of individuals. His role as a financial planner, has given him the ability to make that positive impact on lives of his clients. Beau comes from a long line of physicians which provides an invaluable perspective for his clients who are physicians.

W. Louis Holmes, MBA

Managing Partner

Louis Holmes is a financial planner in Tupelo, MS. He made a switch to this role in 2010 after a 20-year career in the banking industry. Louis values the longstanding relationships he has with his clients, and believes in doing the best work for the people with whom he does business.
